My journey in the banking industry began with a desperation to obtain employment in order to pay my bills and take care of my family. It’s safe to say that banking chose me and not the other way around. Over the years, I have navigated through various roles, steadily advancing my career and accumulating a comprehensive knowledge of credit management. I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients, from personal banking customers, to mortgage professionals. My core strengths lie in my ability to assess credit risk with precision and to devise strategies that mitigate potential pitfalls. My commitment to staying up-to-date with evolving financial regulations and industry trends ensures that I can navigate even the most complex financial landscapes effectively.

In addition to my technical expertise, I am known for my dedication to client relationships. No, there is no application fee. You’re only required to pay for the course(s) you’ve selected.


Once you’ve register on TGUCA website, you will have 24/7 access to your course(s). You will be assigned a user login and temporary password to access the learning management system. You’ll have the opportunity to change your password. Learn at your own pace through the interactive lessons, and quizzes. Once you are comfortable, you can complete the course evaluation as often as you need to and submit for review. Your facilitator will review and provide an evaluation and feedback.


At TGUCA, our learning platform is designed to provide a seamless and interactive online learning experience. While you may not be able to download the entire course, we offer alternative options to enhance your learning process.
